Woman’s Facebook Post Goes Viral After Burger King Employee Does This At The Drive-thru
A heartwarming story of kindness at a Burger King drive-thru has captured the attention of people across the internet.
Rebecca Boening, a Texan who shared her experience on Facebook, encountered difficulties while placing her order at the drive-thru window.
The unusual departure of the Burger King employee, Tina Hardy, after revealing her diabetes diagnosis left Boening surprised and moved.
Rebecca Boening shares her experience:
“On Wednesday afternoon, I was driving on I-40 when my blood sugar dropped dangerously low. Luckily, there was a Burger King restaurant at the upcoming exit.
Despite struggling to place my order, I mentioned to the voice on the speaker that I was diabetic and urgently needed food. Low blood sugar makes it difficult to think or act.
As I reached the payment window, I was shocked to see Burger King employee Tina Hardy rushing toward the front of my car. She managed to squeeze between my car and the building just to bring me a small serving of ice cream.
Tina later explained that her husband was also diabetic, and she recognized the signs that I needed help.
After paying, I pulled up to Tina’s window where she gave me my food. She instructed me to park across the driveway so that she could keep an eye on me until I felt better.”
Rebecca Boening went on to express her gratitude and appreciation for Tina Hardy’s kind act. She took a picture of Tina and shared it with her supervisor at Burger King, highlighting the remarkable service provided by Tina.
Let’s spread the word about Tina’s generosity and compassion.
