- 1¼ cup all-purpose flour

- 2 tbsp extra melted butter
- 3 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 100g chocolate chips
Let’s start by melting the semisweet chocolate chips and 2 tbsp of melted butter. You can do this by using a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir frequently until the chocolate and butter are smooth and completely melted. Once melted, remove the mixture from heat and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
While the chocolate mixture is cooling, let’s prepare the rest of the batter. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir these dry ingredients together and set them aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until they are smooth and creamy. Then, beat in the eggs one at a time, making sure to beat well after each addition. Finally, beat in the vanilla extract.
Now, it’s time to add the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Beat the batter until all the ingredients are well combined.
