At the moment, there is plenty of speculation surrounding Kate Middleton and the “abdominal procedure” that she recently underwent. This procedure will keep her out of action until after Easter.

However, we have received an update that will surely excite all the royal fans out there. Her first official engagement since the surgery has been announced and is set to take place on June 8.

According to Hello! magazine, Kate will be reviewing Trooping the Colour, one week before the main event. This is a significant occasion, and it’s wonderful to hear that Kate will be a part of it.

The official Household Division website released a statement regarding the event, stating that over 1400 soldiers of the Household Division and The King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery will take part in the parade.

Additionally, the Massed Bands, consisting of 400 musicians, will perform. This event takes place on Horse Guards and is one of two formal reviews.

Having a fixed date for Kate’s return to royal activities is reassuring for those who have been concerned about her condition. The lack of information about her surgery has led to speculation that her health may be worse than what the Palace has disclosed. However, the Palace reaffirmed that Kate is doing well and is on the path to recovery.

The fact that Kate has not been seen in public or photos since Christmas has only fueled further speculation. However, just recently, a photo of Kate sitting in a car with her mother, Carol Middleton, outside of Windsor Castle emerged.

This marked the first time she was seen in public in 70 days. Despite the reassurances from the Royal Family that Kate is recovering in her own time and away from the limelight, the public’s curiosity continues to grow.
